Description
The Linen Work Dress is a timeless and iconic piece from the 1930s-1940s. This classic dress has a simple, yet flattering shape and features a buttoned bodice, V-neck with a notched lapel, 3/4 length sleeves, side seam and breast pockets for comfort, below the knee length, but can be made in a custom length as well. The dress is a great option for women wanting to look stylish and professional while maintaining a timeless look.

•Fabric: 100% linen, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified
•Laundered and softened linen
•Color is shown: GREY (medium weight); NAVY BLUE (medium weight)
•a notched lapel
•The bodice is about 44-48cm / 17.3-19″ (from the shoulder to the waist, depending on the size)
•3/4 sleeves
•Buttoned bodice (coconut buttons)
•Side pockets, patch front breast pockets
•Standard length is 112cm/ 44″. It can be made in a custom length.

— CARE & WASHING INSTRUCTIONS —
– 100% LINEN TEXTILE –
Wash this textile separately in plenty of water at 30C or hand wash. We recommend using only a small amount of natural detergent. For this fabric, you can use a normal spin cycle, then dry it at room temperature. As it is prewashed, it won’t shrink anymore.

This summer I litteraly fell in love with the MAGNOLIA dresses and asked Egle if there was something in that style for autumn/winter. She suggested the WORK dress which wasn't even listed at this time. I asked for a gathered skirt part and long sleeve, and look what a beauty I got! Cinnamon is a nice shade of brown, with a slight reddish shade. I might ask for a slightly longer bodice, however, if I should order a second one.

Excellent experience. I initially misunderstood the sizing for this dress, but Egle was very responsive & helpful about sorting it out. I’m 5’8” tall, 38” bust, and usually wear US size 10. The dress is a medium in shadow and fits my lanky frame nicely. The shoulders, arms and bust areas are not loose, so if you have broad shoulders or bigger arms I would double check sizing with Egle. I would definitely splurge on another dress from KnockKnock!
